The Law introduces amendments to the Code of Laws on Labour of Ukraine, the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Economic Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, and the Law "On Court Enforcement Action" in order to coordinate the said acts with the Law "On International Privacy Law".
Pursuant to the Law, Article 8 of the Code of Laws of Labour defines that labour relations of citizens employed abroad are to be regulated by the Law "On International Private Law". Moreover, the Law supplements Article 18 of the Law "On Executive Proceedings" with new grounds for institution of executive proceedings, "in case the act of execution was issued due to the compulsory realization of foreign court´s decision in accordance with Article 398 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine".
